Our Team - Principals
Phil coordinates and oversees RealtyLink's various development companies. In 1989, Phil's first development was a 40-acre single family residential subdivision called Ricelan Springs in Greenville, SC. Next, he and his brother Neil redeveloped several downtown office buildings, the most notable being Ivey Square, a former department store, which is now a mix of office and retail. In 1998, Phil and Neil founded RealtyLink, LLC to exclusively develop and represent restaurant and retail clients. Since then, they have completed development projects for the following tenants: CVS, Carrabbas, Bridgestone/Firestone, Verizon Wireless, SunCom, Atlanta Bread Company, Bojangles', Great Wraps, Fazoli's, Arby's, Wendy's, DQ Grill and Chill, Chili's, Mattress Firm, Buffalo Wild Wings, Waffle House, Backyard Burger, Fatz Cafe, Sprint, NAPA Auto Parts, Denny's and others. Phil attended Spartanburg Methodist College and studied Business Management. He has been a resident of Greenville for over 30 years and is married with five children.
Jack became a partner in RealtyLink, LLC in March of 2001. He has been managing projects at RealtyLink for Arby's, Bojangles', Dairy Queen, Golden Corral, Wendy's, Quizno's, Starbucks, Little Caesars, Radio Shack, NBSC, Sun Com, Fatz Cafe and Tuffy Auto Service. From 1980 to 1983 Jack worked in restaurant operations for Ryans Family Steak Houses, Inc. For the next ten years, he served as Director and Vice President of Development where he had full responsibility and authority for all site selection, engineering and architectural and construction requirements. From 1993 to 2001, Jack was Vice President of Real Estate and a member of the senior executive committee that made all strategic decisions for the company. Jack has used his skills from his 21 years of experience at Ryans (unit #4 to unit #315) to help clients make correct location decisions at appropriate investment levels in order to help them obtain the maximum return on investment for their concepts. Jack graduated cum laude from The Citadel in 1980 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He is a lifetime resident of Greenville and Easley and is married with two children. Neil spearheads various development companies and manages all related aspects of the project. Neil's real estate development career began in 1992 when he and his brother Phil purchased the 65,000 square foot Ivey's Department store. The revitalization of Ivey Square, a mix of office and retail, helped turn around a depressed downtown environment in Greenville, SC. In 1998, Neil and Phil founded RealtyLink, LLC to exclusively develop and represent restaurant and retail clients. Neil has completed projects for the following tenants: Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Staples, Michaels, Ulta Beauty, Bojangles', AT&T, Home Goods, DSW Shoes, Golden Corral, Mc Donald's, Burger King, Hardee's, KFC, Cato's, Shoe Show, Great Clips, Sally Beauty, Fazoli's, Arby's, Starbucks, DQ Grill and Chill, Waffle House, Pollo Campero, and Atlanta Bread Company. RealtyLink is a preferred developer for Kohl's expansion areas in the southeast. Neil studied Business Management and Accounting at Furman University and has been residing in Greenville for over 30 years. He is married with three children.
John has been Principal of RealtyLink of Alabama since the summer of 2007. For ten years, John worked with AIG Baker Shopping Center Properties, L.L.C. where he was responsible for the development of over two million square feet of shopping centers in a region that spread from South Carolina to Nevada. Additionally, John served as the Director of Outparcel Development from 2003 to 2006. In this position, he was responsible for the development or sale of over $50 million of excess property. John is a graduate of Emory University with a B.A. in Economics and in Psychology. He also holds a MBA with a focus in finance and real estate from The University of Georgia. John has been a resident of Birmingham for 10 years and is married with two children.
