Alex joined RealtyLink, LLC in March of 2010 as Director of Leasing. He has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience and has worked for some of the strongest retail REITs in the country, including Regency Centers, Developers Diversified Realty and Edens & Avant, where he was a top producer at each company. Alex specializes in the leasing, marketing and sales of all types of retail product, from commercial land, to single tenant retail to neighborhood and community strip centers. He received a B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina and currently lives in Charlotte, NC.

Maude joined RealtyLink in 2006. She brings with her a solid background in real estate transactions from her duties as paralegal and then Real Estate Manager at Ryans Family Steak Houses, Inc. Her responsibilities include working with the RealtyLink Team on the initial contract phase, working through the due diligence process of sale and purchase contracts and preparation and coordination of closing documents. She also manages lease administration, miscellaneous document drafting, record retention and assists with occasional construction related issues. Maude attended the University of South Carolina, Midlands Technical College and Greenville Technical College. She holds an Associate Degree in Public Service with a Major in Legal Assistant/Paralegal and is a licensed real estate agent in SC.

Starla became Director of Finance at RealtyLink, LLC. in September 2007. She is responsible for all areas of accounting and finance for RealtyLink, LLC and affiliated entities. Starla worked twenty years in public accounting and was promoted from staff to manager then to associate partner. She prepared and reviewed individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and estate tax returns and managed construction, manufacturing and non-profit audits. From 2001-2007, Starla was Comptroller and Business Office Manager for North Greenville University in Tigerville, SC. Starla graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration. She is a licensed CPA in the State of South Carolina.

After 15 years in the civil engineering field and being co-owner of a local civil firm, Dale Waldrop came to RealtyLink in 2000 bringing with him the knowledge of all phases of site development. With a degree in Civil Engineering, Graphics, and Business Administration, Dale can assist clients from the land planning phase of a project through the construction phase. Responsibilities include site plans, permitting, cost analysis, coordination with Architects, Engineers, and Local governing agencies and project management. Dale is a licensed real estate agent in SC and is a Certified Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Inspector for the State of South Carolina.

Shawn joined RealtyLink in February of 2008 and brings over twelve years experience in project management, engineering, land planning and construction. His responsibilities include project management, site planning and construction management. Prior to joining RealtyLink, Shawn owned a small business working as a construction manager and owner's representative for single-family residential, multi-family and mixed-use developments in the Greenville area. He previously worked as a civil engineer specializing in site development and geotechnical engineering. Shawn graduated from The Citadel in 1999 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has maintained a Professional Engineer license in South Carolina since 2003.

Mike joined the Realtylink team in August of 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and has over 30 years of experience in a varity of Project Management and Civil Engineering disciplines both in the private sector and at a government run utility company. He has also been in charge of the drafting department of a multi state civil engineering company with several draftsmen under his direct supervision. In addition to his office experience, Mike has a vast background in engineering field work including construction supervision, inspection, testing, quality control, on site safety engineer and surveying. His responsibilities at Realtylink include project coordination, site planning, cost analysis, construction management and project close out. Mike has lived in the Greenville South Carolina area since 2001.

Tyson joined RealtyLink in May 2008 as Investment Sales Advisor and brought with him over 5 years of commercial real estate experience. Tyson's responsibilities include the marketing and disposition of company and 3rd party development projects, negotiating letters of intent and purchase contracts with investors, and the overall management and growth of the company's investment sales division. Prior to joining RealtyLink, Tyson was an Investment Advisor with Atlanta-based The Shopping Center Group, a full service retail real estate brokerage firm. During his tenure at TSCG, Tyson specialized in single and multi-tenant investment property sales ranging from $1 million to $20 million. Tyson is a graduate of the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business. He is a licensed salesperson in SC and GA and achieved his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in August of 2009.

Caroline Gaito became Marketing and Media Manager for RealtyLink in May 2008. Her duties include the design of marketing flyers and packages, aerials and color renderings, market research, management of the company website, property signs, public relations, and trade shows coordination. She previously worked for Crestwood Real Estate Co. in Hilton Head Island, SC where she handled the creation of advertising and marketing materials. Caroline worked in public relations and marketing in New York City, Florida and Paris, France for various advertising agencies and companies. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Caroline was born and raised in Paris, France.

Becky joined RealtyLink, LLC in 2005 as Administrative Assistant and quickly advanced to Legal Assistant. She is responsible for Leases, Purchase Agreements, Letters of Intent, Lease Abstracts and Recording of Properties. Becky started her real estate career in 1994 with Joy Real Estate as a Residential Real Estate Agent. Her responsibilities included acquiring listings, sales contracts and performing appraisal work. She continued her career by working with two upstanding local attorneys dealing with real estate closings and a mortgage company with the expertise of lending and collecting mortgage money.

Kate was promoted to Finance Assistant in March of 2011. She handles monthly investor reports, entity schedule, month end reports, rent schedules, and financial close out books. Kate joined RealtyLink in May of 2007 as Administrative Assistant. A native of Atlanta, GA, Kate worked six years for Bessemer Trust Company on their Client Account Management Team managing wealth/assets nearing a billion for clients in the Southeast. Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural and Cultural Resource Management from Georgia Southern University.

Debbie joined RealtyLink in March of 2011 as an Administrative Assistant. She currently handles all administrative assistant duties for the office as well as property management and insurance compliance. Prior to joining RealtyLink, she worked for Charter Communications for 30 years as a customer service supervisor, in HR payroll benefits, and as an administrative assistant to the VP of Operations. Debbie is a native of Greenville.

Ted joined RealtyLink as an agent in 2005. A native of upstate South Carolina, he has over 20 years in lending, business development, and operations management within the financial industry. His affiliations include Board of Realtors, Business and Educational Partnership, Home Builders Association and Chamber of Commerce Leadership Alumni. Ted resides in Greenville with his family and he is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

Adam has been with RealtyLink since its beginning. Adam has almost a decade of experience in commercial real estate, doing site selection and development for restaurants throughout the southeast as well as representing buyers and sellers in commercial transactions. He graduated from Clemson University in 1998 with a degree in Communication and Marketing. Adam is a native of Greenville and lives there with his wife and daughter.

Tamera joined RealtyLink of Alabama, LLC as Development Manager in February 2008 and brings more than 19 years experience in Real Estate Management. Her duties include Letters of Intent, Purchase Contracts, preliminary Due Diligence processing and administrative support for the office. Her career started in 1989 as a Property Manager with Beisel-Moss Properties. In 1992, Tamera joined the Financial Services Department of Aronov Realty as a Lease Administrator and in 1997, became Lease Administration Coordinator in the property management department of AIG Baker Shopping Center Properties, LLC in Birmingham. Tamera holds a degree in Marketing from Auburn University of Montgomery.

Tim is the Qualifying Broker for RealtyLink of Alabama, LLC, specializing in retail commercial real estate services. Tim has 18 years experience in leasing, management and development, of commercial property including projects from the Panhandle of Florida to Mississippi in addition to the Alabama Area. Prior to working at RealtyLink, Tim was involved with new project site development for national retailer, CVS. He has also worked in the office division of Colonial Properties Trust and with the brokerage firm, Southpace Properties, as an Associate Broker. Tim attended Auburn University, majoring in Management.
